Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms cover your use of Already Built's website and services. By using our site or becoming a customer, you agree to them. Plain language, no surprises.

What we do

We design, build, and host websites for local businesses. We may build a demo site for your business before any payment. A demo is a proposal — you're under no obligation to buy it.

Plans & payment

Ownership

Your business name, logo, photos, reviews, and content remain yours. The website we build for you is yours to keep while you're a subscriber; the underlying hosting and maintenance are provided as part of your plan. You own your domain.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information, images, and content you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful.

Service & availability

We work hard to keep your site fast and online via our hosting provider, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Already Built is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Contact & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions? Email neilpilarca@gmail.com.
