Already Built ("we," "us") builds and hosts websites for local businesses. We keep this simple and we respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you email us or request a demo, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share (such as your name, email, business name, and message).
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to understand general traffic (e.g., page views). It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you.
• Payment information. If you become a customer, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To respond to you, build and maintain your website, process payments you authorize, and improve our service. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate — for example, our hosting/analytics provider (Vercel) and our payment processor (Stripe). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time — just email neilpilarca@gmail.com.

Cookies

Our marketing site does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for consent where required.
